As a collaborative psychologist, I support individuals in creating meaningful and lasting change. My approach is integrative, drawing from relational, family systems, behavioral, mindfulness-based, and trauma-informed modalities to help clients better understand themselves, shift longstanding patterns, and build more fulfilling lives.
I value a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in empathy, honesty, and mutual engagement. I especially enjoy working with clients who are motivated for growth—those who are ready to do the work of developing insight, building emotional resilience, and making meaningful shifts in their lives.
I currently offer in-person sessions in the West Linn/PDX area, as well as telehealth for clients in Oregon, California, and New York. I also provide parent consultation, with expertise across developmental stages, including support for parents of neurodivergent children. In addition, I offer clinical supervision and consultation. I am an EMDR International Association Certified EMDR Therapist, hold a certificate in Polyvagal Theory, and am a Certified Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) and Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP) provider.
I earned my B.A. in Psychology from Brown University, a Master’s degree in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University, and a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies and am licensed in the states of Oregon: PSY3436, California: PSY24253, and New York: PSY024781.
I look forward to connecting with you!
