As a dynamic and collaborative psychologist, I am committed to supporting individuals and families in their journey towards greater understanding, harmony, and healing. My approach is integrative, incorporating relational, family systems, behavioral, and mindfulness-based modalities. The therapeutic relationship is an essential ingredient for therapeutic change, and I strive to offer an attuned, empathic, and curious presence to all of my clients.
I am currently offering in-person sessions for teens and adults in the West Linn/PDX area and am offering telehealth sessions for clients in Oregon, California, and New York. I also offer parent counseling/consultation and am available for clinical supervision and consultation as well.
I hold a B.A. in Psychology from Brown University and a Master’s degree from Harvard University from the department of Human Development and Psychology. I hold a doctorate (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and am licensed in the states of Oregon: PSY3436, California: PSY24253, and New York: PSY024781.
I look forward to connecting with you!
